Products can be returned or
exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they
are unused, in their original packaging, and include all
components or accessories. The customer will bear the shipping and
packaging costs. If the packaging is opened, the value of the deduction
will be determined based on the product.
Products may be returned or
exchanged if they do not match the specifications mentioned on the
website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects
that cannot be repaired or replaced.
Returns or exchanges are not
permitted for products with defects
resulting from misuse.
Bedroom sets, dining room sets,
their components, and all products with assembled components or items
custom-made to customer specifications
(including but not limited to these) cannot be returned. They can
only be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects that cannot be
repaired or serviced, according to a quality report issued within a
maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned product is
received from the customer.
