The refund process begins after the returned product's quality inspection result is approved. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 7 business days from the date Qabbani Furniture receives the returned product. After the inspection, the customer will be notified of the result via email, text message, or phone call.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method: cash for cash payments, or to the bank account for bank transfers.
For cash purchases, the refund will be processed within three business days from the issuance of the product inspection report.
For credit card purchases, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the issuance of the product inspection report, via bank transfer to the customer's account.
In cases where orders paid via various credit cards are canceled without any reason, defects, or service shortcomings, a 3% fee will be deducted from the total order value, and the customer has no right to object to this deduction.
